We truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have received damaged or incorrect items due to company error, or shipment does not arrive and loses tracking, you can request returns, replacement, or refunds. We regret that we are unable to accept returns on teas that have been opened and are not in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received them. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Please follow the steps below to request returns, replacement, or refunds:

- Contact us via email at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. Please indicate the reason for your return, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, please indicate your name, address, and order number.
- If the shipped items are not correct, please return them back to the address below via a trackable and economical shipping service such as USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit.
- If the parcel is not delivered to you and lost tracked, please allow two weeks for us to check with the U.S. Post Office. If the parcel is confirmed lost on the way, you are eligible for full refund.
- What to expect after you have returned the items:
- Once your returns are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund, along with original and returns shipping fees, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
