Returns and Refund

We truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have received damaged or incorrect items due to company error, or shipment does not arrive and loses tracking, you can request returns, replacement, or refunds. We regret that we are unable to accept returns on teas that have been opened and are not in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received them. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
